Five teens plead guilty to rioting at Kangar orphanage

Police and court officials accompanying some of the accused to the police van at the Juvenile Court in Kangar

They were accused of committing the offence between May 31 and Jun 1 from 1pm to 2pm at the Asrama Anak-Anak Yatim Kompleks Penyayang Dr Siti Hasmah in Jejawi near here with intention to cause hurt and using violence against an 11-year-old boy.

Bail was set at RM500 for each accused. It is learnt that they could not raise the bail and were further remanded.
