PETALING JAYA: The actions of National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) loan defaulters are unfair to future students, says Youth and Sports minister Khairy Jamaluddin (pic).
"PTPTN is a revolving fund. If the borrowers do not repay the loan, PTPTN is forced to reduce the funds available for future loans," he said at the Association of Wives of Ministers' annual sports event at Stadium Putra, Bukit Jalil on Thursday.
