RESIDENTS of Aranthangi, about 200km from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, were left wide-eyed and open-mouthed as a bridegroom arrived by helicopter hired for Rs1.5mil (RM80,370) a day for his marriage, with an additional Rs50,000 (RM2,679) for each take-off, reported Tamil Nesan.
