SHAH ALAM: A private college student has been charged in the magistrate’s court here with the murder of his older sister at their house in Kota Kemuning last week.
Toh Wei Jun, 18, is alleged to have murdered Wei Teen, 22, at their house in Taman Kemuning Utama, Section 33, between 11.12pm on Oct 25 and 3.30am on Oct 26, 2014.
