KOTA KINABALU: An opposition assemblyman and two others were found to have acted unlawfully by inducing a group of smallholders to breach a land development deal with a state-owned firm.
The Tawau High Court held that Christina Liew, who is Sabah PKR deputy chief and Api Api assemblyman, her former employee Siti Rahifizah Mihaldin and Samsuri Baharuddin had induced 819 smallholders to breach a joint venture agreement with Borneo Samudera Sdn Bhd.
