SERDANG: Government department heads can consider awarding personnel who bring positive changes to their organisations with both monetary and non-monetary incentives and recognition, said Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

Such incentives and recognition would spur civil servants to think and act out of the box as well as come up with creative ideas for innovative action, he said.
