KUALA LUMPUR: Former second warrant officer Muhammad Rizalman Ismail has been granted bail after a hearing in the Wellington District Court, but had conditions imposed on him.
He is to stay temporarily at an undisclosed location, follow a strict curfew and surrender his passport, according to a report by the New Zealand Herald yesterday.
