Sabah PKR deputy chief files appeal in BSSB case

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah lawyer Christina Liew has filed the notice of appeal and a stay of execution against a High Court judgment requiring her to pay damages to Borneo Samudera Sdn Bhd (BSSB), a subsidiary of state-owned Sawit Kinabalu.

BSSB has since claimed damages of more than RM227mil against Liew, the Api Api assemlyman and Sabah PKR deputy chief.
