SEREMBAN: It is up to Universiti Malaya (UM) to decide whether Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim should be given the green light to enter its premises for an oratory programme on Monday, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar.
He said police would not interfere in the internal affairs of the university.
