PETALING JAYA: There is nothing discriminatory about Penang’s decision to bar foreigners from being employed as main cooks at hawker stalls, said chief minister Lim Guan Eng (pic).
In a statement on Sunday, Lim said hawker licenses were granted for lower-income Malaysians and supposed to be owner operated.
