KOTA KINABALU: Tan Sri Herman Luping, a member of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) investigating Sabah’s long-standing illegal immigrant problem, has been hospitalised after a stroke.
Luping, 78, was admitted into a medical centre here after suffering from the stroke on Oct 21.
