PETALING JAYA: Go in small groups and wear bright colours. These are measures that can help cyclists stay safe on the road, said Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (Miros) director-general Prof Wong Shaw Voon.
He said cyclists should also try to avoid roads that are not designated for them, such as highways, although many have no choice but to share highways with other drivers.
