He said Malaysia "is committed to finding the missing aircraft" and with advance technology and searching in the right place, he was "99.9%" sure that the plane would be found.
"All that could be done to find the aircraft had been done thus far. Finding MH370 remains our top priority," he said in his speech at the launching of the Go Phoenix vessel here on Wednesday.
