IPOH: DAP has proposed that the Pakatan Rakyat coalition set up state-level leadership councils to avoid a repetition of the Selangor political crisis.
Perak DAP chairman Nga Kor Ming said decisions of the state Pakatan leadership council would be binding and respected by members of each party.
