JOHOR BARU: A shopper sustained minor injuries and 14 others received outpatient treatment after the elevator they were in plunged three floors at a shopping complex here.
UDA Angsana chief operating officer Mohd Nazri Jamiran said that an alarm at the Johor Baru Angsana Mall went off at around 1.35pm on Saturday, alerting his staff of the incident, who immediately rushed to the aid of the shoppers.
