GEORGE TOWN: The police have been urged to release without condition members of the Penang Voluntary Patrol Unit (PPS) if they are not charged by the end of their extended bail on Oct 29.
Tanjong MP Ng Wei Aik said it has been almost two months since their arrests on Aug 31, and it is still unclear whether they would be charged at all.
