PUTRAJAYA: Non-governmental organisations (NGO) must ensure Government-provided allocations are used optimally when carrying out projects to help target groups, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
The Prime Minister said the move would ensure more Malaysians benefited from funds approved by the Government for NGOs.
