With Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who is also Education Minister, in attendance, it handed out scholarships to some 400 recipients of the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation (JCF) Scholarship at an awards presentation ceremony in Bandar Sunway.
