PETALING JAYA: A passer-by got the shock of his life when he saw the body of a man hanging by the neck near a billboard in Dataran Prima, Kelana Jaya.
Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Azmi Abu Kassim said the police were alerted of the discovery at about 7.45am yesterday, and a forensic team and investigators were deployed to the scene.
