Sentul OCPD ACP R Munusamy confirmed that the 58-year-old man was picked up last Saturday, adding that the man was released on bail later that day.
"This is actually the second time he has been arrested for such an offence. We received a police report against him on Saturday, alleging that the man was seen hitting the poster with his slipper," he said.
