PETALING JAYA: The allocation of RM117mil for the People’s Volunteer Corps – better known as Rela – is recognition of its contribution in maintaining national security and public order, said its director-general Datuk Mustafa Ibrahim.
He said the main constraint for Rela, which has almost three million members, was funds for training.
