KOTA KINABALU: At least 14 wooden houses on stilts were destroyed when a fire swept through a fishing settlement near the east coast town of Sandakan early Saturday.
Sabah Fire and Rescue Services Department spokesman Affendy Ramin said no casualties were reported in the 7.30am blaze at Kampung Pukat, about 3km from downtown Sandakan.
