THE Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) says Budget 2015’s focus on SMEs (small and medium enterprises) and petty traders was most timely.
Its secretary-general Datuk Low Kian Chuan welcomed the increased allocation but said the automation capital allowance for labour intensive industries was not sufficient.
