PETALING JAYA: The Land Transport Commission (SPAD) should register all unlicensed school bus operators to allow more alternatives for parents and help bring down the bus fare, said Fomca CEO Datuk Paul Selvaraj.
“Those outside of the system should be given a chance to provide their own services so more competition will be created and hopefully bring down the market price,” he said yesterday.
