Mixed reaction: The new 'flexible' school bus fare structure is expected to be decided based on 'negotiations' between parents and bus operators.
PETALING JAYA: The Federation of Malaysian School Bus Operators has assured parents that its members will charge a reasonable rate following the deregulation of school bus fares.
Its secretary-general Md Saad Mohamad said a meeting would be held before the end of the year to decide on the rate for the new fares that will kick in on Jan 1.
