MCA Youth chief: Government assistance should not be 'raced-based'


PETALING JAYA: If the government chooses to concentrate its assistance only on one particular ethnicity, unity will take a backseat, MCA Youth chairman Chong Sin Woon said on Friday. 

Chong said this would result in other races no longer helping and caring for each other.
