KOTA KINABALU: Former deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Mohd Bakri Mohd Zinin is among four recipients who will be conferred with Sabah’s highest award - the Seri Panglima Darjah Kinabalu (SPDK) - which carries the title Datuk Seri Panglima during the Yang di-Pertua Negeri's birthday.
The other recipients who will be conferred in conjunction with Tun Juhar Mahiruddin’s 61st birthday celebration on Saturday are Umno Wanita chief Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil, Tabung Haji Board chairman Datuk Seri Azeez Abdul Rahim and businessman Datuk Sri Goh Tian Chuan.
