HONG Kong protesters marched in large numbers last night ahead of China’s National Day today as authorities went all out to thwart their resistance.
“I expect many people to turn up tonight (last night) to support the demonstrations as the police may want to break up the protests,” said Arthur Chan, 21, who just graduated from City University of Hong Kong.
