IPOH: A convict who is already serving a jail sentence, was sentenced to an additional 45 years’ jail and 16 strokes of the rotan by the High Court here for rape and robbery four years ago.
Judicial Commissioner Noorin Badaruddin made the decision yesterday against Mohamad Khairi Bahauddin, 32, after allowing an appeal by the prosecution for the sentences on five charges to be carried out separately.
