KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court has overturned a reinstatement order of a bank’s branch manager dismissed over claims of sexual harassment against his two subordinates.
Md Nor Kassim was accused by his former personal assistant of sexually harassing her, including lending a book to her on 100 Rahsia Kehebatan Lelaki – 18SX (100 Secrets of Men’s Prowess – 18SX) in November 2009.
