Aegis Malaysia apologises for, withdraws 'uncomplimentary' video on the Philippines

PETALING JAYA: A business outsourcing company has apologised for uploading a three-minute video on the Internet, which called Malaysia a "preferred alternate" to the Philippines in terms of investments.

The video ad by Aegis Malaysia, the local chapter of global outsourcing and technology services company Aegis Limited, paints the Philippines in a poor economic light and has since been pulled off the Internet, but copies of it are still circulating online.
