PETALING JAYA: Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar has obtained an ex parte stay against an Ipoh High Court order for him to return M. Indira Gandhi's daughter and arrest her ex-husband.
Indira Gandhi's council M. Kula Segaran confirmed receiving the ex parte order on Friday, though it was sent to his offices on Thursday.
