Pengkalan Kubor by-election: I will step down if asked by PM, says Khairy

TUMPAT: Youth and Sports leader Khairy Jamaluddin said that if he were ever asked to step down from his ministerial position by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, he would comply with the order because Khairy has trust in Najib’s leadership capabilities.

In his speech, Khairy was comparing the leadership qualities of Najib against that of Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who is currently embroiled in a messy succession battle for the Selangor Mentri Besar post after the sacking of Khalid Ibrahim from PKR.
