BALIK PULAU: The case of a quantity surveyor jailed and fined for showing an obscene sign in the direction of Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Hajah Haminah has been fixed for mention on Oct 9, pending a retrial by a magistrate’s court here.
Magistrate Muhammad Najib Ismail fixed the date after the High Court ordered on July 31 that the case of Leong Pei Koe be heard afresh.
