KUALA LUMPUR: Frontliners at Welfare Department offices nationwide will soon be evaluated on the quality of their service following complaints about their work ethics and attitude, said Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun.
According to Chew, her ministry was looking seriously into formulating a system where public feedback can be easily collected.
