GEORGE TOWN: Gerakan is not looking at capturing Penang in the next general election but wants to win several seats so it can provide an effective check and balance in the state, said party president Datuk Mah Siew Keong.
Penang, he said, was the “heart” of Gerakan and would be the party’s focus.
