The force is with him

It’s not easy to balance the good and the bad in the cyberworld, but everyone has to do it, says the MCMC chief.

USUALLY lively and energetic, Malaysian Communications And Multimedia Commission (MCMC) chairman Datuk Mohamed Sharil Tarmizi seemed a bit subdued when Sunday Star met him on Thursday. Not that it is surprising. As the spokesperson for the organising committee of KL Converge - a three-day galore of conferences, exhibitions, meetings, workshops and seminars to harness the converging potential of digital communications media - Sharil has been busy in the promotional and media blitz for the inaugural event that is opening this Wednesday at the KL Convention Centre.
