TUMPAT: The Pengkalan Kubor by-election will see a three-way contest between Barisan Nasional's Mat Razi Mat Ail, PAS' Wan Rosdi Wan Ibrahim and Independent candidate Izat Bukhary Ismail Bukhary.
The nomination of candidates closed at 10am Saturday following an announcement by Returning Officer Muhammad Sobri Ramli. All three nominations were accepted, he announced.
