PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has struck out the appeal of Muslim convert father Mohamad Riduan Abdullah against his being cited for contempt for refusing to return his daughter to the mother, who was awarded custody.
Justice Balia Yusof Wahi cited trite law, which states that a person's appeal cannot be heard by the court until he has purged his contempt case.
