KUALA LUMPUR: There will be no extension to the Dec 31 deadline for companies to register for the Goods and Services Tax (GST), said Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Chua Tee Yong.
He said it was understandable for many associations and small businesses to hope for a grace period to the implementation of GST from April 1.
