PAGOH: The Barisan Nasional candidate for the upcoming Pengkalan Kubor by-election will be announced on Sept 10, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said.
The Umno deputy president said several potential candidates have been suggested and considered by the Kelantan Umno liaison committee.
