PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has ordered a factory worker to enter her defence on a charge of murder for allegedly causing the death of her newborn daughter, a first for a baby-dumping case at the apex court.
The woman's lawyer, E. Gnasegaran, said this was first murder charge to be heard at the nation's highest court involving a baby-dumping case.
