Muhyiddin: English pass to be compulsory at public universities

CYBERJAYA: A pass in English will be made a compulsory at public universities so that graduates can communicate effectively, said Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

Muhyiddin, who is also Education Minister, said a graduate's employability "is all about the confidence to communicate in English."
