KUALA LUMPUR: Two senior company executives, who cheated a sales manager by inducing her to give three cheques totalling RM150,000 over a business plan, were jailed by the Sessions Court here.
Mohd Syawaludin Siran, 38, the chief executive officer of retail network firm Kopais Konsortium (M) Sdn Bhd, was given two years’ jail and two lashes of the rotan.
