SHAH ALAM: Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim spoke volumes about his deeds for the state government and the people of Selangor in what appeared to be his "final" speech as the Mentri Besar.
During his speech at the monthly assembly meeting with state civil servants on Monday, Khalid also thanked them for working willingly for the development of the state.
