SHAH ALAM: The Education Ministry must explain why it has drastically reduced the percentage of public university intake this year compared to last year, said PKR.
Bayan Baru MP Sim Tze Tzin, who chairs the party's Higher Education Complaint and Advisory Panel (HEAP), said the change in policy had resulted in many high performers missing out on a spot in local universities.
