BUKIT MERTAJAM: Another man has been charged with hurling obscenities at a policeman.
M. Magendran, 25, from Taman Sejahtera in Lunas, Kedah, is alleged to have shouted obscene words with the intention of insulting Kpl Daemi Ishak in front of the Tuanku Bainun Teachers Training Institute in Jalan Mengkuang here at about 11.45am on Wednesday.
