KUALA LUMPUR: Tow truck driver who was accused of murdering Arab Malaysian Development Bank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi and attempted to murder his wife, wants the High Court to appoint a counsel to enable him proceed with his defence trial.
Koong Swee Kwan who informed Justice Mohd Azman Husin in Mandarin via an interpreter, said Thursday if his family members were able to find a counsel in between the proceedings, he would then engage his own counsel.
