KUALA LUMPUR: A tow truck driver who was accused of murdering Arab-Malaysian Development Bank founder Hussain Ahmad Najadi and attempted to murder his wife, has been given until Thursday to inform the court whether he has engaged a new counsel.

Justice Azman Husin set the date after Koong Swee Kwan's former counsel Zamri Idrus told the court that he did not receive any directive from his client to proceed with the trial.
