FEDERAL Territories Minister Datuk Seri Adnan Mansor’s decision to call off the ban on soup kitchens in the centre of Kuala Lumpur was lauded by many, not only the organisations serving the homeless.
It cannot be denied, however, that many parts of our capital city are in dire need of a face-lift, not only to improve its image and attract more tourists, but also to improve the quality of life for its citizens.
